Perform all upfront duties for Affiliate Banks up until the loan is submitted for processing within the Affiliate Fulfillment Center (AFC).
Ensure that all initial disclosures are sent to the mortgage loan borrowers within the timeframe required by Compliance.
All disclosures sent to the borrowers must accurately reflect the appropriate fees for the subject property market area.
Must be knowledgeable of the various loan program types and request from the borrower the necessary income and asset documentation that will be needed by processing and underwriting.
Continued communication with the Affiliate Bank Loan Officer and borrower to ensure that all documents and disclosures are returned by the required date.
Order services on the file such as title commitments, appraisals, homeowner insurance, and verifications.
Maintain and monitor their assigned files in a timely and efficient manner.

This position starts at $32,868 per year and can increase from there depending on experience.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Certificate, college degree preferred Extensive knowledge of mortgage loan documentation, the mortgage loan process, and regulatory compliance issues Current experience/knowledge base of initial disclosures and the Affiliate Fulfillment Center (AFC) process is recommended Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in administrative and customer issues Problem solving, decision-making skills Extensive knowledge of the loan process Technical know-how, training and excellent computer skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
