During overnight sleeping shifts, we pay at current minimum wage.
Currently Available Hours Overnights 11PM-8AM Flex weekend hours Weekend block 11pm Friday-11 pm Sunday Benefits Health/Vision/Dental Insurance 401 (k) Paid Time Off Parental Leave Referral Program Description Provide support for our clients with disabilities Give assistance in their daily care and needs Prepare meals or help guide and support in tasks Keeping up with household tasks to ensure a clean environment in the client's home Providing transportation when necessary Passing medication (will become trained if not already certified) Implementing programs and helping clients reach/maintain goals documented in their Individual Service Plan Documents required for Employment:
Valid Drivers License Valid Car Insurance Reliable Vehicle for transportation Proof of Education (High School or GED) I-9 documents (i.
e.
- passport, social security card, birth certificate, etc.
) Trainings Required after Hire (most trainings provided at company's expense) CPR/First Aid Abuse/Neglect prevention Medication Administration
Qualifications:
18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalency.
Successful completion of a criminal background check and E-Verify.
Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
