What you'll do:
Engage with the divisions stakeholders on a daily basis promoting a quality customer experience each day.
Greet visitors and answer telephone calls in a professional, helpful manner, determine purpose of visits and calls, furnish necessary information, take and relay messages.
Support the Division's teams in scheduling, drafting correspondence, researching information and related administrative tasks.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding related activities for division team members.
Contribute to various recognition activities through efficient planning and composed problem solving to ensure successful events.
Collaborate with team members on requests for technology and equipment needs including completing preventative maintenance requirements, and troubleshooting.
Assist teams in maintenance of HR and financial records.
Coordinate a variety of divisional support activities.
Represent the division for various committees and cross-divisional work teams.
Provide general administrative support for the division.
Other duties that may be assigned.
All you need for success:
Minimum Qualifications Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Advanced experience with Adobe products.
Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must work independently and work well in a team environment.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Capable of troubleshooting basic technology issues.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Successful background check results are required for employment in this position.
This may include background checks involving a candidate's name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
