The Human Services Quality Reviewers will perform Compliance Reviews for all Missouri-based providers who serve individuals with developmental disabilities.
This is a hybrid position which will be done both at the provider site in the state of Missouri and at a remote location for added flexibility.
Candidates must be local to Missouri for travel.
Components of the review include:
Preparatory review of provider documents (which the reviewer can do remotely).
An on-site review to review of documents retained at the provider's site, interviews of individuals who participate in the provider's services and perform observation of individuals participating in services.
Reviewers will also be responsible for conducting an entrance and exit conference at the provider's site to record findings for each part of the review process.
Competencies:
Knowledge of Missouri's HCBS waiver helpful.
Experience conducting audits helpful.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other data entry applications.
Requirements:
A minimum of Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Services.
A minimum of ten years working in Human services, with three years of experience working in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Candidates for this position must satisfactorily complete Background Checks prior to employment through the FBI and the Missouri Family Care Registry.
Approved Travel Expenses are reimbursed #HP.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
