Provide support to individuals with disabilities.
Assist in their daily care and needs meal preparation Providing transportation to our clients passing medications/oversight the passing of medications implementing programs and documentation.
Implementing programs and helping clients reach/maintain goals documented in their Individual Service Plan Supervise a staff of 2-5 DSP's Initiate performance evaluation for staff Perform oversight of staff's documentation, mileage, and completion of fiscal documents Initiation of and completion of maintenance requests and weekly/monthly reports Menu creation and shopping for the food needed Oversight for all documentation needed for the home Documents Required for Employment Valid Drivers License Valid Car Insurance Reliable Vehicle for transportation Proof of Education (High School or GED) I-9 documents (i.
e.
- passport, social security card, birth certificate, etc.
) Trainings Required after Hire (most trainings provided at company's expense) CPR/First Aid Abuse/Neglect prevention Medication Administration
Qualifications:
18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalency.
Successful completion of a criminal background check and E-Verify.
Supervisory experience and experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
