Riversong Spa and Salon - Jeff City Riversong Spa and Salon - Jeff City Jefferson City, MO Jefferson City, MO Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $15 an hour $15 an hour 15 hours ago 15 hours ago 15 hours ago We depend on our Support Staff/Front Desk to be the face and backbone of the efficient operation of the spa and salon- from checking the client in and sharing products and services, checking clients out and making sure they are satisfied with their services, to reaching out to clients for confirmations and product orders.
We also support our service providers in sales and services by promoting retail products to complement their services and suggesting additional services for their current or future visits.

Ultimately, you will help create a relaxing and memorable experience for our guests.
We are currently searching for part time applicants with flexible schedules.
Compensation is $14/hour for the first 90 days, then raised to $15 following an evaluation.
We are open 9 am- 9 pm Monday- Saturday and 9-5 on Sunday.
Morning shift arrives up to an hour before we open to prep the day and evening shift stays up to 30 mins after we close to clean/prep for the next business day.
Closed on all major holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, New Years Day) Responsibilities Provide guests & co-workers with superior service at all times Always offer additional products and services to guests to enhance their experience for today or their next visit.
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks while following provided scripts & procedures Accurately manage email and phone reservations.
This involves assisting the service providers in maintaining their daily schedule while confirming, rescheduling, and creating appointments as needed Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details, exact dates of their appointments, and product orders) Utilizing effective communication skills, promote the service providers, services, products, and gift cards of the company Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner Daily management of the reception & retail area.
Keep the front desk and retail displays clean, orderly, and stocked properly Assistance with the general maintenance and upkeep of the spa and salon; including light housework, laundry, and organization Professional growth.
Attend all education and meetings provided to stay current with your level of knowledge.
Receive services to stay knowledgeable about products and services we offer.
Skills & Qualities Work experience in retail sales and customer service Experience with spa or salon reservation software is a plus Values Teamwork Consistent & Reliable Excellent communication, organizational skills Problem-solving abilities and the confidence to be proactive Job Types:
