Full Time, Days Pay Range:
$60,000 - $70,000 Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Short Term & Long-Term Disability Training & Development Part time benefits Spousal and Children Insurance Benefits Responsibilities Perform client visits as needed with authorization, as well as initial reassessment visits for Advanced Personal Care clients.
Develop and maintain on-going relationships with management, department staff, case workers, patients and family members in order to best meet the needs of clients.
Prepare and submit timely written documentation as required by policy.
Provide staff training to include APC Certification, appropriate follow-up, and in-service presentation.
Maintain responsibility for the supervision, instruction, development, counseling and performance evaluation of professional nurses, including documentation of such activities.
Ensure that delivery of nursing services is in compliance with company/state policies.
Be an available resource person to other health team members in the identification and fulfillment of patient needs.
Maintain liaison with the community's health related resources.
Participate in education, quality assessment activities and other staff meetings as requested.
May participate in the recruitment, interview, reference checking and hiring of new department staff.
Perform other related duties as directed by Manager/Director Requirements Active Missouri Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License 1 year of experience in professional nursing Supervisory experience preferred.
Terms must be met to receive Sign on Bonus.
Driver's License and Vehicle with Current Auto Insurance Ability to Pass Drug Test, Background Check, and Physical Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
