What you'll do:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Collect information from Missouri employers through high volume phone contact and other outreach methods.
o Research contact data of sampled businesses.
Answer phone calls from businesses.
Work with coworkers as well as be self sufficient.
Use Microsoft Office and other data entry programs.
Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
Operate standard office equipment.
Follow confidential guidelines.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
