What you'll do:
Support programs with general office operations.
Track documents through the approval process.
Secure hotel and rental car reservations for staff.
Backup and answer the main line and route to the appropriate program, schedule meetings and prepare applicable documents.
Complete purchase requests and print requests for team members.

Open and process daily mail and distribute to the appropriate person(s).
All you need for success:
Minimum Qualifications Graduate with a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency.
One or more years of related office support experience preferred.
Good telephone skills and customer service.
Well organized and an ability to pay attention to detail.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
