In this role, you will function as a technical lead and subject matter expert within in the Digital Marketing data domain.
You will perform research, analysis, design and development on a wide range of next generation data capabilities and products.
You will assume technical ownership of service provider deliverables, lead their technical resources to ensure deliverables are of are high quality, follow standards & best practices, and perform at scale.
CANDIDATE PROFILE - Data & PersonalizationRequired:

years of database, application modeling and ETL development experience 4
years technical delivery ownership of large-scale data pipelines and applications 2
years of hands-on experience with Snowflake Strong technical leader with proven ability to lead service provider technical resources Strong communication skills & leadership skills Preferred:
Strong preference for candidates with Adobe Campaign and or Adobe Experience Platform Experience with building omni-channel personalization implementations Working knowledge and understanding of API's Demonstrated ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, decide and influence appropriate courses of action Demonstrated enterprise technology experience in hospitality, travel or retail industry.
? Technical Leadership Trains and/or mentors other team members, and peers as appropriate Ability to work liaising with multiple teams to steer projects from inception to successful delivery Identifies opportunities to enhance the service delivery processes.
Delivering Technology Performs complex quantitative and qualitative analyses for service delivery processes and projects.
Facilitates achievement of expected deliverables and obligations of Services Providers Validates completeness of requirements prior to Service Provider solutioning Ensures all projects follow the defined development and business case processes Ensures early warning to the business stakeholder executives regarding degraded or missed service levels Coordinates with Application Delivery and Infrastructure teams for deployment and production support activities IT Governance Follows all defined IT standards and processes (i.
e.
IT Governance, SM&G, Architecture, etc.
), and provides input for improvements to the appropriate process owners as needed Maintains a proper balance between business and operational risk Ability to assess when risks need to be escalated to right channels.
Follows the defined project management standards and processes Service Provider Management Validates that Service Providers develop and manage respective aspects of a project plan, including schedules, deliverables, and appropriate metrics.
Makes short term plans for the team to effectively utilize resources Monitors Service Provider outcomes Reviews estimates of work effort for client project provided by Service Providers for accuracy Facilitates timely resolution of service delivery problems and minimizes the impact to clients California Applicants Only:

In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus.
