Team Leader Coordinated Specialty Care

The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) services through the CSC grant and staying informed on FEP best practices.
A large portion of time will be spent providing education on FEP, training, and outreach to stakeholders, potential referral sources within the community, and within the agency.
The Team Leader will also oversee the CSC team providing tailored care to the needs of individuals, who are experiencing first episode psychosis (FEP).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manage and oversee the care of individuals age 15 - 35 who are experiencing FEP Stay informed on FEP best practices, attend relevant and required trainings provided through Department of Mental Health (DMH), Missouri Institute of Mental Health and (MIMH), Missouri Behavioral Health Council (MBHC) Provide coordination and care for individuals experiencing early psychosis Provide training, education, and outreach to stakeholders, potential referral sources within the community, and providing trainings within the agency Meet with individuals experiencing psychosis and/or individuals exhibiting signs and symptoms of first episode psychosis and their families to ensure eligibility of services and provide education on FEP Work within the team to ensure individualized care and support for early psychosis, and work with local systems of care to coordinate care for individuals experiencing early psychosis Provide supervision to CSC team members to include the Individual Resiliency Training Clinician, Community Support Specialist, Vocational Specialist, Certified Peer Specialist, Certified Youth Peer Specialist, and Family Support Specialist Participate in team huddles and treatment meetings Ensure appropriate documentation and recording occurs withing the individual case records per policy Other duties as assigned Master's degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation/vocational/pastoral counseling, family therapy or closely related field required WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS The completion of a practicum or at least one (1) year of experience under the supervision of a QMHP required All experience must include working with individuals with psychiatric, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION Quality Mental Health Professional (QMHP) required Compass Health Network is a nonprofit health care organization offering accessible, comprehensive, & compassionate behavioral health, substance use treatment, family medicine and dental services throughout Missouri.
