9K a year Jefferson City Medical Group (JCMG) is looking for compassionate, hardworking employees to join our growing Team.
JCMG is looking for Patient Service Representatives to float within our clinics.
This is a full-time position with full benefits, including insurance, 148 PTO hours per year, 56 hours of paid Holidays per year including the day after Thanksgiving, and an Employee Retirement Plan (401K) with employer match.
Tuition reimbursement and a grow our own Medical Assistant Program.
Normal working hours will vary Monday- Friday 7:
30-5:

However, hours could vary based on the needs of the departments.
Salary is based on experience.
Duties:
Demonstrates knowledge of basic insurance and financial procedures.
Demonstrates knowledge and ability to assist with checking-in patient for visit.
Performs secretarial duties in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensures efficient telephone communication.
Performs additional duties as necessary.
Assists in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Demonstrates knowledge of HIPPA and JCMG policies.
Education:
o High school graduate or GED
Experience:
o Minimum of one year experience in customer services, preferably six months receptionist experience in health care setting o Experience with office equipment Certification/License:
o N/A o
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
o Articulate o Computer skills required o Good telephone communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
