What you will do:
You will provide aid to the statewide FCCM Director through administration/coordination and leadership of supervisory level partners through technical assistance and clinical consultation to agency directors, supervisors and staff.
You will serve in a supportive role and assist with collaborative efforts across designated partner agencies, departments, and Children's Division to enhance service delivery and successful outcomes for children and families.
You must enjoy a strength-based communication style and use a trauma informed lens in your communications.
You enjoy working with a team to reach shared goals while also being able to work autonomously.
Who you are:
You have at least a Master's degree in a human behavioral science such as Social Work, Psychology, Guidance Counseling, Drug and Alcohol Counseling, or Child Development and 3 years of experience with child welfare work.
You have a valid driver's license, a good driving record that would allow for you to be approved to drive a company vehicle, vehicle insurance and adequate transportation (in the event a company vehicle is not available).
You are able to pass background checks.
