This leadership role is integral to our organization's success, focusing on revenue generation for membership sales, member retention, foundation fundraising, strategic plan sponsorships and all other related revenue production.
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with a proven history in sales, fundraising, and team leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
Identify and pursue new opportunities for revenue streams and business development.
Responsible for all revenue production, including membership sales and retention, foundation fundraising, and sponsorships.
Develop and execute strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of Chamber membership.
Analyze member feedback and market trends to continually improve member offerings.
Builds relationships with Missouri Chamber members.
Implement initiatives to enhance member satisfaction, engagement, and overall retention.
Key point of contact for answering general membership inquiries.
In charge of all delinquents and collection of outstanding receivables for all revenue sources.
Responsible for raising money for special projects from time-to-time.
Manages and develops membership sales department staff to meet sales targets.
Lead and mentor the sales staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales staff and implement training programs as needed.
Compile data and maintain records of sales targets, actual figures, and budgets.
Attend Chamber staff meetings and other company events as required.
Assist staff members with any projects/work as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or several years of revenue generation experience - Proven success in revenue generation, membership sales, and fundraising - Strong leadership skills and team management skills.
- Excellent communications and people skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop data-drive strategies.
- Knowledge of Missouri government and legislative issues associated with the chamber's advocacy efforts.
- Professional phone manner and willingness to engage members and customers.
- Excellent customer service skills in handling customer complaints and requests in a timely manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task and self-motivate.
