Duties:
- Oversee the nursing department including 2 ADON's, L1MA's, and PCA's.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients/residents - Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals - Manage and maintain accurate medical records and documentation - Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient/resident care and services - Advocate for resident rights and ensure a safe and comfortable environment - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Skills:
