19 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago JCMG's Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic is looking for an organized, compassionate, and dynamic Clinic Manager.
This is a full-time position with full benefits, including insurance, 148 PTO hours per year, 56 hours of paid Holidays per year, including the day after Thanksgiving, and an Employee Retirement Plan (401K) with employer match.
Tuition reimbursement and a grow our own Medical Assistant Program.
Normal working hours are Monday- Friday, 8:

However, hours could vary based on the needs of the department.
Salary is based on experience.
Job Duties:
Demonstrates knowledge and ability to perform revenue cycle tasks (registration/check-in, check-out, scheduling, insurance review and payment collection).
Demonstrates knowledge of basic insurance and billing procedures and partners with Central Business Office to problem-solve and provide guidance/education to clinic staff as needed.
Demonstrates knowledge and ability to perform tasks related to referral, surgical scheduling and authorization.
Participate in educational experiences designed to maintain competence (meetings, training, process improvement work).
Effectively utilize all appropriate applications of the eCW computer system.
Effectively manage dynamic, potentially stressful patient encounters.
Use excellent guest relations skills in all interactions with patients, visitors and staff Ensure the prompt delivery of patient services by implementing improvements and enhancements to patient access and efficient patient flow.
Manage the development, coordination, and maintenance of daily staffing schedules to ensure the appropriate level of coverage.
Monitor and oversee time and attendance in alignment with JCMG policies and practices, ensuring accuracy of records and timely approval for payroll purposes.
Confer with division chair, clinical director, practice physicians, and others to resolve operational problems and to promote excellence in the delivery of care.
Achieve and maintain high staff satisfaction by leading, training, and supporting a high-performing team.
Assist in creating a high-performing team(s) by interviewing, selecting, training, evaluating, coaching, counseling, disciplining, and leading staff.
Achieve and maintain high patient satisfaction by investigating and responding to patient problems and complaints and following up on satisfaction surveys.
Consistently communicate with staff to keep all informed of expectations, policy/procedure changes, and activities.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED 2 years' experience in customer service or office setting Preferred
Qualifications:
Some college Experience in a healthcare setting Supervisory Experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
