DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT'S VISION:
Assist within the Processing Bureau to ensure accurate and efficient processing of income tax returns and payments.
Data entry tasks to input tax return figures and taxpayer information, meeting or exceeding the hourly keying standards.
Correspond with both internal and external customers about tax processing.
Enjoy opportunities to learn a variety of tax types and transition to other areas where temporary assistance is needed within the department.
