Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Bakery Assistant to join our team.
As a Bakery Assistant, you will work closely with our bakers and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of our bakery.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and wants to gain experience in a professional bakery setting.
Duties - Assist with the preparation and production of baked goods, including measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and shaping breads - Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers - Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection - Decorate and package finished products - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking ingredients and supplies - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Skills - Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients - Ability to follow recipes accurately - Strong attention to detail - Excellent time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team If you are passionate about baking and have a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you!
