This position is pivotal in supporting the overall sales and operation of the location.
Collaborating closely with the regional manager, you will play a key role in maintaining our vision of growing individuals and consistently exceeding guests' expectations.
Key
Responsibilities:
Staff Relations & Growth:
Lead our team of licensed service providers and retail associates, solving day-to-day issues, and empowering the team for long-term growth.
Operational Excellence:
Maintain procedures, conduct audits, handle crises, and drive continuous process improvement.
Service Standards:
Monitor customer feedback, resolve concerns, ensure brand consistency, and enhance the customer experience.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, meet sales targets, and maximize team efficiency.
Monthly performance-based bonuses offered.
Talent Development & Retention:
Support the Regional Manager with interviewing, leading monthly team meetings, providing feedback, coaching, and actively representing our culture.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of management experience overseeing a team.
Minimum 2 years of sales & customer service experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility for nights, weekends, and schedule changes.
Embrace a servant leadership approach, prioritizing the growth and well-being of team members while achieving business goals.
