- Oversee and be responsible for daily representation of one crew member at site at client to observe specific operations.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction - Manage and lead a team of 3-4 employees - Coordinate and supervise daily representation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Requirements:
