You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day scheduling of the installation appointments and coordinating all aspects of the job from start to completion which includes obtaining necessary permits, submitting for customer rebates and filing for manufacturer warranties.
You will also confirm sales leads appointments and be a back up to our call center.
As a representative of Aire Serv, you are responsible for handling appointment requests and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner Scheduling appointments Assigning daily work/calls to other team members Complete work orders and return customer calls Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions Job Requirements:
