Highest level of store leadershipFull-time, 40-45 hours / week with Friday and Saturday availabilityOversight of the daily store business as well as outside store operations including the catering and food trailer operations Key
Responsibilities:
Lead a large organization of over 100 FTE including multiple levels of store leadershipWork alongside Operator/Owner on the execution of the strategic planDevelop a restaurant culture of growth minded team members and leaders.
A culture of product knowledge, stewardship, excitement and generosity.
Incorporate this into training, ongoing development, communications and everyday cultureMaintain the leadership team alignment on the vision of the Operator.
Execute on the Food Safety, Food Quality, and Customer Service standardsEnsure stewardship systems are taking place throughout the restaurantDevelop leaders in such a way that they are operating as a motivated, high-performance team that embodies the vision of the businessCreate, lead, and implement systems that will be the standard for all Front and/or Back of House innovation and high-performance teams throughout the restaurantSkills:

Three (3) years of prior leadership experience demonstrating skills in retail, sales, customer service, management, organization, and training development (Required qualification)Bachelors Degree or above, preferably in a Business, Human Resources or a hospitality specialty (Preferred qualification)Proven experience in a similar employee development, training development and/or trainer role, regardless of industry (Required)Demonstrated strong executive leadership experience (Required)ServSafe Certification (Preferred)Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (Required)High standards in the area of operational excellence, quality, and customer service (Required)Exhibits a natural ability and desire to coach, mentor and develop others and themselves (Required)Positive attitude (Required)Ability to keep composure under high pressure and make decisions quicklyBilingual (Spanish/English) (Preferred qualification)Lean Management and Continuus Improvement training (Preferred)
