MILITARY AND FAMILY READINESS MANAGER (TITLE 32)

MILITARY REQUIREMENTS:
Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. This is an Excepted Service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard. Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership. Selected candidate will be required to be in a compatible military assignment prior to effective date of placement. Selected candidate must be MOS qualified within 12 months from date of appointment. Maximum Military Grade - MAJ (O-4) with a Date of Rank on or before 13 June 2016. Officer - Immaterial Supervisor must verify that selected individual occupies a compatible military position. Technicians will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion). GENERAL
Experience:
Must possess experience, education, or training which provided a general knowledge of principles of organization, management, and administration; and experience using computer and automation systems. GS-12 SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Must possess 36 months of specialized experience or training which demonstrates your ability to budget, direct, plan, develop, articulate, implement, provide quality assurance, training and assistance for all aspects of Service member and Family Readiness Programs; and supervise and administer program services to National Guard Service members and their families beginning from the Recruit Sustainment Program through the entire military lifecycle. The specialized experience must also indicate your ability to enable the provision of, or referral to, services for geographically-dispersed Units, Service members and families regardless of service or component (Army, Marines, Air Force, etc.); these services include Survivor Outreach Services; Soldier Support Services; Employment/ESGR; Transition/Transition Assistance; Financial Literacy and Readiness; Resilience, Risk Reduction and Suicide Prevention programs; Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program; Exceptional Family Member Program; Family Assistance Centers; Crisis Intervention; Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC); Child & Youth Services; Volunteer Program; and Family Readiness Support (holistically, Soldier & Family Readiness Programs).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
