HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) (TITLE 32)
MILITARY REQUIREMENTS:
ENLISTED Since the position is temporary in nature, the compatibility requirements will be waived for a period of time not to exceed one year. Selecting official must verify that selected individual is currently assigned to a military unit in the Missouri National Guard and that the selection does not create grade inversion. Technicians will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion). GENERAL
Experience:
Must administrative or clerical experience, education, or training which demonstrates the candidate's ability to perform the duties of the position; and experience using computer and automation systems. GS-07 Specialized
Experience:
Must have 12 months of specialized experience in one or more areas of military Human Resources personnel operations including experience in making person-to-person contacts to explain regulatory, procedural, and policy requirements. Experience processing transactions of an unusually complicated nature; providing counseling and assistance to personnel and their dependents; and preparing reports using data from various source documents and in accordance with prescribed guidelines.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
